Sendika ve İşverenlerden Siyasilere Genel Protesto Uyarısı

6 Temmuz 2014 Pazar |

Bulgaria's four national employers' association and the two main trade unions demanded series of measures before the early elections in October, reports Dnevnik.bg.
The declaration, presented at a news conference on Sunday, warned that unless the authorities take adequate measures to calm down the public, the six organisations were willing to take radical actions before the elections.

The business and the trade unions demanded that the parliamentary represented parties reach an agreement on two major points – the energy projects and the trilateral partnership till 2020.

The declaration demands that Parliament suspends deliberations on all legislation, except laws concerning the National Health Insurance Fund (NZOK), acts providing the financial stability of the energy sector, the pension funds and regulations and acts, required by the harmonisation with EU law.

The authors of the text demanded from the parliamentary represented parties to stop playing games with the quorum and act more responsibly.

From the government the declaration demands to stop all attempts for financial destabilisation of the country.
From the president the business and the trade unions expect to guarantee the appointing of a caretaker government, which is equally far from all political parties and corporate interests.

The authors of the declaration also urged all politicians, public figures and journalists to stop stoking public distress.
